Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using the ZENVEE PAY preview, including what payment requests, account review and dispute handling do—and do not—cover today.

Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Product preview. This document describes the current experience; it does not represent a banking, money transmission, card processing, or regulatory license.

01

Scope and current availability

These terms describe access to the ZENVEE PAY website and product preview operated by Zenvee LLC. The preview includes account applications, dashboard views, payment links and invoices, payout method records and illustrative financial activity. By using the preview, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

ZENVEE PAY does not currently provide live card checkout, automated bank or crypto transfers, deposit rails, custody or a guaranteed payment-processing service through this site. A displayed balance, receiving account view, payment status or quoted conversion in demo mode is not proof of funds, a bank account or a completed transfer. Do not rely on a preview entry to deliver goods or services.

02

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter an agreement in your location and keep your sign-in details secure. Account access may be subject to identity, business and risk review. Submission does not guarantee approval or availability of a particular feature. You are responsible for accurate account and business details and activity under your credentials; report suspected unauthorized access promptly through a verified support channel.

Administrative approval controls access to parts of the workspace, but approval alone does not activate an external payment network.

03

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, fraud, deceptive sales, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, abuse of other users, or content that violates others’ rights. Do not present preview-generated payment links as evidence that a payment can be collected here. We may restrict access or review suspicious activity to protect users and the service.

If live payment services are introduced, separate provider rules, prohibited-business categories, geographic restrictions and compliance terms may apply and will be disclosed before use.

04

Payment links, invoices and payout details

An account holder can create and share requests, including custom-amount requests, and store bank or crypto payout destinations. Request content and a merchant name may be visible to anyone holding the link, so do not include confidential information. The person issuing a request remains responsible for its accuracy, underlying sale, taxes, customer communications and fulfillment.

At present, the public request page does not accept card payments. Saved payout destinations and withdrawal requests do not initiate external transfers. Any real-world payout would need separate review, arrangements and confirmation outside this preview.

05

Plans, fees and balances

The published Starter plan shows an 8.5% service fee and $50,000 monthly volume; Business shows 12% and $200,000; Enterprise is quoted individually. Administrators set a user’s plan and fee manually. For a payment actually recorded in the platform ledger, the fee is calculated on that payment and the remainder is reflected in its available balance; later plan changes do not recalculate earlier fees.

Those plan descriptions do not promise card acceptance or enforce automatic volume limits in the current preview. Additional provider, currency conversion, chargeback or bank fees would need to be disclosed separately before any live service is used.

06

Fraud prevention and account review

We may review applications, activity and payout requests, request clarification, and delay, reject or restrict access where we reasonably suspect unauthorized or prohibited use. Keep your credentials private and independently verify payment instructions. No fraud tool guarantees prevention of every loss.

Stripe Radar and PayPal Fraud Protection are examples of third-party approaches described in the reference links below. ZENVEE PAY does not currently use or offer those products, and no automatic card-transaction screening is active here.

07

Failed or incomplete payments

A payment can fail in a live payment system for reasons such as insufficient funds, incorrect details, a bank decline, an expired card, risk checks or network interruptions. A pending or failed attempt must not be treated as settled. Where a third-party processor is eventually connected, its specific decline notices, retry rules and settlement records will govern that transaction.

This site does not currently charge cards, retry failed payments, automatically update cards or collect subscriptions. If a customer cannot pay a request here, they should agree on another verified method directly with the merchant; never send card details through the site's message fields.

08

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Merchants and customers should first seek to resolve questions about goods, services, billing and refunds with one another and retain receipts and correspondence. In live card processing, a cardholder may also contact their issuing bank; the bank or relevant network process determines a chargeback outcome, and supporting evidence and deadlines can apply. Neither ZENVEE PAY nor a merchant can promise to reverse a bank decision.

The preview has no card dispute portal, automated refund feature or live processor balance to debit. If card processing becomes available, dispute timeframes, evidence submission, potential reversals and any applicable fees must be published with the relevant provider terms before use. Do not claim Stripe or PayPal buyer/seller protection for a ZENVEE PAY preview request.

09

Availability and responsibility

We may change, suspend or end preview features. Preview data, conversion examples and demo balances are supplied for evaluation and can be incomplete or reset; they are not investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets and foreign exchange can be volatile, and no execution price is guaranteed by a simulated quote.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any definitive warranties, liability caps, governing law, regulator disclosures and complaint escalation process require jurisdiction-specific legal review before a live financial service is offered.

10

Updates and contact

The date above identifies this version. Changes to live services, payment providers, customer protections or fees should be published before they take effect. A working support and legal contact and the applicable governing jurisdiction must be added before launch. The current contact page is a demo form and does not deliver messages; do not use it for time-sensitive disputes or sensitive documents.
