Privacy Policy

A clear account of the information this preview collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Product preview. This document describes the current experience; it does not represent a banking, money transmission, card processing, or regulatory license.

01

Who this notice covers

ZENVEE PAY is a product preview presented by Zenvee LLC. This notice covers visitors, people who create accounts, applicants for individual or business access, and people who view payment links or invoices on this site. It describes the information handled by this site; it is not Stripe’s or PayPal’s privacy notice.

Where a separate provider handles a service you choose to use, that provider may publish its own privacy terms. ZENVEE PAY does not currently offer live card checkout or automated money movement through this site.

02

Information we collect

When you register and apply, the site may collect your email address, account type, name, date of birth, country and phone number. Business applications may include legal and trading names, registration and tax identifiers, business type, industry, website, address and expected payment volume. If you save payout details or create invoices or payment links, the relevant destination and request details are stored for your account.

Authentication and account activity can generate technical records such as sign-in information and security events. The identity step currently records completion as a demo: the selected ID file and selfie indicator are not uploaded by that step. Do not enter real identity documents into a preview unless explicitly requested through a verified process.

The contact form currently shows a demo confirmation and does not send your message. A public payment-request page can show the merchant name, request title, description and amount to anyone with its link.

03

How we use information

We use account information to provide access, display your profile and workspace, process application review and admin decisions, display saved payment requests and payout methods, answer legitimate account questions when a support channel is available, protect accounts, troubleshoot the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations where relevant.

Account and business review details may be viewed by authorized administrators. We do not use a live Stripe Radar or PayPal fraud-screening integration, and the preview does not make automated credit or eligibility decisions.

04

Browser storage and site operation

This site uses authentication session storage and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme. Illustrative balances and demo deposit, swap and withdrawal history are saved locally in your browser for your account; clearing browser data or changing devices may remove those demo entries. These figures are not financial account records.

Our hosting and authentication infrastructure may process standard request and security information needed to serve the site. This notice does not claim that optional advertising or analytics cookies are active.

05

When information may be shared

Account information is accessible to the staff and service providers needed to operate hosting, authentication and account review, subject to their roles. We may disclose information where legally required or to investigate misuse and protect users. A shared payment link reveals its visible request details to anyone who opens it.

We do not sell personal information through this preview. Stripe and PayPal are cited below only as reference materials; citing them does not mean they receive your account data or process your payments here.

06

Security and retention

We use account access controls and authentication to limit access to account data. No online system is risk-free. Avoid putting passwords, full card numbers or identity documents into message fields or payment-link descriptions.

Account and business records are kept while needed to operate and review the account and for any applicable legal, security or recordkeeping requirements. Demo activity in your browser remains until you clear it. Exact retention periods and a formal deletion procedure must be confirmed before live financial services launch.

07

Your choices and rights

You can review parts of your profile and saved payment information within your account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions, such as required recordkeeping.

For now, use the published company contact channels when available to request assistance; do not send sensitive documents through the demo contact form. If you have a privacy concern that requires a response before a contact channel is available, please do not submit additional sensitive information.

08

International use and children

The site can be accessed across borders. Information may be processed in locations used by our hosting and authentication providers, subject to applicable safeguards. Specific transfer mechanisms and jurisdictions should be confirmed before a live launch.

The service is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through a verified channel once available so it can be reviewed.

09

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product and legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes to data handling should be reflected here before new collection or processing starts. This preview notice should be reviewed by qualified counsel and supplemented with a working privacy contact before live launch.
